- Coordinates and performs a range of department support activities; serves as a courier service between other divisions/departments.
- Provides administrative support such as case scanning for designated location and unit counting when requested.

Distributes cases to dental technicians.- Communicates with colleagues, dental technicians and managers in a prompt articulate manner.
- Maintains a day to day professional relationship with dental technicians and managers.
- Assists customer service staff, floor supervisor and mangers with inter-department case distribution
- Observes production flow.
- Performs inter-departments work distribution.
- Monitors rush case flow.
- Responds to distribution requests made by TA, QC, supervisor or manager.
- Distributes cases according to the routing slips.
- Assigns cases to dental technicians in DL Touch.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Ability to keyboard 30-35 wpm accurately.
- Proficient knowledge of general office procedures.
- Proficient in English verbal communication skills, including professional telephone manner.
- Reliability, dependability and flexibility.
