Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California or New York City is $67,000 - $126,100. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

- Supports production, business, and other processes in a team-based manufacturing environment.
- Performs activities in a variety of cross-functional areas including production planning and control, total quality management, systems, manufacturing, equipment and facilities engineering, material management, and process reengineering.

Basic Qualifications:
- Experience in Mechanical, Structural &/or Electrical fields.
- 4 year Technical Bachelors degree from any accredited STEM program (ex. Manufacturing, Mechanical, Structural or Electrical Engineering)
- Strong communication and problem solving skills. The ability to work autonomously when provided work instructions.
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge and experience with CAD software
- Knowledge of formal problem solving methodologies, and ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
- Desire to actively participate and support in production floor operations
