Case mix includes Cardiac, Neuro, General, Ortho, Gyn/OB, some peds - ENT, some vascular, endo, Cath lab, cardoverisons.
CRNA will be on 1st Call! , MDs will be on 2nd Call. 2nd Call is 1:4.
