Studeo Gyms is a leader in the fitness world and have been running our brick and mortar locations in Vancouver, Canada and Beverly Hills for almost two decades. We manage the fitness facilities at Electronic Arts in Chatsworth where we provide classes, private training, small group training, and nutrition services. Our goal is to provide a welcoming atmosphere for all EA employees and create a fun and engaging community.
We are looking for someone to fill our part time front desk customer service role. A passion for fitness and a background and sports will help ensure a good fit with our culture. Any personal training certification or experience is a plus.
This teammate will be responsible for greeting members and providing information regarding business operations, hours of operation, location of facilities and personnel. All teammates get 24/7 access to the gym, free classes, discounted services, access to the EA employee store, as well as all of the on campus amenities.
This job will consist of one to three 4 hour shifts per week. The shifts will either be 10am-2pm or 2pm-6pm. There is a possibility of more shifts when other staff are unavailable. Monday and Wednesday 2-6pm availability is a must.
Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet every client that approaches the front desk.
- Keep the gym clean and tidy
- Assist clients with their requests and answer client questions.
- Assist clients in setting up their memberships
- Look up reservation details and other information on the computer system.
- Ensure all the client's needs are met.
- Answer telephone calls and respond to emails.
