I run a home-based preschool and am looking for an assistant to help me with administrative tasks such as bookkeeping, updating website/social media, maintaining files, creating newsletters, emailing, and occasional errands before school events. This will mainly be a work from home position, however, occasionally you will be required to come on-site for filing, meetings, and events. Must be efficient at Excel, Word, Pages, and Quickbooks Online. In addition you must have an eye for detail, and work well with social media platforms. We are looking for someone who is great with young children since we serve infants/toddlers and preschoolers. Having knowledge or experience in early childhood education is a plus. Applicants must have current Infant/Child First Aid and CPR Certification or be open to becoming certified during first few weeks of work.
