Security Schedulers are a key factor to overseeing scheduling development and communication. Schedulers are in constant communication with officers/managers regarding scheduling issues and options. Schedulers will serve as a point of contact for information regarding call offs, leave of absence and shift availability. Schedulers will adjust and create schedules that will benefit the organization. Security Schedulers will also assist the operations of the site on a consistent basis.

Qualifications:
At least 21 years of age- High School diploma or equivalent
- Valid State licensing, CA BSIS Guard Card required!
- Strong customer service skills
- Track Tic and Winteam experience preferred, but not required
- At least 5 years of Customer service experience is required.
- Management experience is preferred but not required
- At least 2-3 years of scheduling experience
