Job Summary:
We are currently looking to hire energetic Fulls tack Development Teacher on 25% Equity of Exact course value. This position is an integral part of our Academics Courses Full stack Faculty are focused on the Teaching and Academics Parts of the Design and development of Test papers and series, Including study material and are the main Academics Head f CyCOads. The FSF is responsible for Providing Higher education to the working professional Developers in both fields (Front End & backend) and provide the different opportunities and Create a Best Responsive Structured of study in the target market Nationally.
The job entails interacting with Students their Language of code, identifying their current pain points, pitching the appropriate CyCO entering into a partnership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a thorough understanding of Responsive Study material, Test Papers, Sample papers, Responsive codes as per Student’s Requirements.
- Maintain Existing Academics panel. Teach to install plugins Changes and set API’s.
- Work with Graphics teams and product managers to ideate Recorded sessions.
- Design Student-side Recorded session series subject wise.
- Disteitubte the study type by the base of student’s current knowldege of Front End or Backend.
- Build the Example for students by creating front-end of applications through appealing visual design
- Develop and manage well-functioning databases and CRM for student’s better results
- Responsive teacher with high end support to student from start to placement and after placements as well.
- Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency
- Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software
- Create security and data protection settings
- Build features and applications with a mobile responsive design
Skills Requirements:
4 to 5 years of Full Stack Development experience & 3 to 4 years in Teaching line.. In an individual contributor role in a IT & any Other Technical firm
- Empathy towards Students understanding & their needs.
- Strong Strategic mindset understanding of Student’s Problems, code language & requirements.
- Strong business acumen, logical and analytical skills, negotiation skills
- Learning mind-set and the right attitude that will help you thrive and adapt in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Digging deep into the industry, competitors and the latest trends
- Effective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills
- Subscribe to a mentality of work hard, stay positive and implement feedback
- Ability to perform in a remote working environment
Qualifications :
- Graduate or Management degree from School on India.
- Ideally suited for 2014 to 2015 batch graduates
