A Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist is needed for immediate coverage in Indiana!

• Autonomous work environment.
• A typical workday is 7-4pm.
• Case mix is mainly general bread and butter with OB; spinals, epidurals, and blocks are required.

A certified registered nurse anesthetist (locum tenens) administers anesthesia in surgeries as required by, or in the absence of, an anesthesiologist physician. A CRNA will look at patient history in a preoperative setting in order to determine an optimal course of action, choosing the techniques and drugs that best suit the patient's unique physiology and medical history. During surgery, it is the CRNAs job to administer anesthesia and manage the patient's reactions accordingly.
