Anesthesiology - We are looking for MD or DO anesthesiologists or physiatrists (PM&R), board certified or fellowship ! trained in pain management for Locum or Locums to Perm. The position will begin with a one day per week assignment expanding to 2 days per week or more within several months. Specifically, the services needed are spinal injections under fluoroscopy â€" medication management or prescribing opioids is not needed. The required procedures include: nerve root blocks, facet injections, epidurals, S/I joint injections etc.
These clinics are well established and under professional management. They currently offer physical therapy, rehabilitation and spinal manipulation. They have built out a modern fluoroscopy suite in order to offer pain management services.
Compensation to the physician is initially $1,100 per day with a production bonus after the first month to bring the total amount into the “well paid†category. Temp or perm desired.
